Day 01 Arrival Leh (Situated at a height of 12,500 FT /3500 Meter above The Sea Level)

Upon your arrival at the airport, one of our representatives will warmly greet you and accompany you to your hotel in the heart of Leh Town. The remainder of the day is yours to rest and acclimatize to the high altitude of Ladakh, ensuring a comfortable start to your journey. During the day or evening, you will have the opportunity to meet our representative who will introduce you to the highlights of your entire tour.

In the evening, you can take a leisurely walk to the market area and visit the Shanti Stupa situated on a hill, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of Leh Town and its surroundings.

Day 02 Leh – Local sightseeing (40 KM)

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive towards the western part of Ladakh along the Indus River, traveling on the Leh-Srinagar highway. Begin your sightseeing with a visit to the Hall of Fame, a museum founded by the Indian Army, which offers valuable insights into the sacrifices and achievements of Indian soldiers.

Continue your journey to Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, founded in the 15th century, nestled amidst the Himalayas. A further 5 km drive will take you to Magnetic Hill, a natural phenomenon where vehicles appear to defy gravity by rolling uphill.

As you drive through the picturesque landscape, make a stop at Sangam, the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers, known for its stunning natural beauty and the unique meeting point of two rivers with distinct colors.

After exploring these remarkable sites, return to Leh and spend the night at your hotel, reflecting on the day's experiences in this breathtaking region of Ladakh.

Day 03 Leh – Nubra Valley via Khadung La (124 Km approx.)

After breakfast, begin your journey towards Nubra Valley, traversing the renowned Khardong-la Pass, which stands as the second highest motorable road in the world at an altitude of 5602 meters (18390 feet). As you descend from the pass, you'll enter Nubra Valley, also known as Ldorma or the valley of flowers. This picturesque valley is nestled to the north of Ladakh, between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas.

Upon arrival in Hunder, check in at your hotel or camp. Later in the day, visit the Deskit Monastery, a prominent Buddhist monastery in the region. You'll also explore the famous Sand Dunes of Hunder, where you can opt for a short camel safari using the unique double-humped Bactrian camels found here (optional and available on direct payment basis).

Enjoy an overnight stay at your chosen accommodation in Hunder, soaking in the serene beauty and cultural richness of Nubra Valley.

Day 04 Nubra Valley – Pangong Lake – Via Shyok (164 Km approx.)

After breakfast, depart for Pangong Lake via Shayok, enjoying the breathtaking views of the Shayok River and the majestic Karakoram Range along the way. This route may include several water crossings, especially during June and July; early departure from Nubra is recommended to navigate these crossings smoothly.

By afternoon, you will arrive at Pangong Lake, the world's highest saltwater lake, situated at an elevation of 4,225 meters. The lake stretches almost 130 kilometers in length, with approximately one-third lying within India's borders and the remaining two-thirds in China. 

Check-in at your camp or cottage accommodation by the lakeside. Please note that Leh will serve as your base, and the visit to Pangong Lake will be a one-day trip the following day.

Day 05 Pangong to Leh Via Changla Pass (165 Km approx.)

After breakfast, depart for Leh, crossing another of the world's highest motorable roads, Chang La Pass, which stands at an impressive elevation of 5360 meters. Along the way, you will visit several attractions including Shey Palace, famously known as Rancho School from the movie "3 Idiots," and Thiksey Monastery, renowned for its impressive architecture and serene surroundings.

By afternoon or evening, you will arrive back in Leh. Check-in at your hotel and unwind after the day's journey. Later in the evening, enjoy a leisurely stroll through the vibrant Leh market, where you can explore local shops and soak in the bustling atmosphere.

Day 06 Departure

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to the airport for your flight to your onward destination
